I hope this email finds you well. The virus outbreak has been greatly affecting logistics cost and performance globally. Shipping cost went up around 2 weeks ago, KrazyKwads.Net has continued to provide the same shipping cost to you. We were however informed that stage 2 of the shipping fee adjustment will be in effect starting from May 15th, 2020. Shipping fees are expected to increase by 30% after that day, and KrazyKwads.Net will need to pass some of these costs on.

Also, please be aware that our main shipper, USPS, is running seriously behind on their delivery and order tracking services. Even though we have been shipping same day / next business day, some orders are taking 10 days or more for delivery. Please understand that this is an issue with the Post Office and not KrazyKwads.Net, and it is being blamed on the Covid 19 Virus Outbreak.

As of 4/20/2020 we are still open, selling,

and shipping from California, and usually the same day.

We only accept online orders, customers are not authorized in our work spaces.

Due to high demand, all custom built Kwads and Drones are subject to a 2-3 week

Delay for new builds, and BNF Kits could take 1 week for systems already built.
